Wearing make up, sunscreen and my face being exposed for dirt. I really feel the need to wash my face before I go to bed and I really love to use a face scrub. So you actually get a 2 way product in one bottle. I personally do a face scrub two times a week, if I remember it lol. Because to much scrubbing, can have the opposite effect, so remember not to do it to much.
