Yellow For That Fresh Summer Look – Spring/Summer 2013

For some reason I feel that yellow is going to be a big trend this summer, maybe it has something to do with all the yellow printed tops and dresses from the Louis Vuitton collection by Marc Jacobs that made all of the shops go crazy with the color? Well. I love the fresh yellow color. It’s such a great color for a warm summer day and it comes in different pieces from a pair of earrings to a tunic. This color is already a statement itself, so be careful how you combine it with other pieces. If you love an outfit made by the same color I would recommend showing some legs or arms to tone that color down unless its black or white. My favourite piece is this yellow tunic from Zara, it’s just the perfect yellow color without being to much and it looks great with all kinds of shoes if you are going for that bohemian look.  A simple belt or accessory is also a great choice if you are not into clothing made of a bright yellow color. It gives the look a brighter feeling and a statement piece to compliment the outfit.
