Ages ago back in January when I had the big chop, I made a post about hair. What I wanted, inspired me and my future plans. One of the first hairstyles I was craving to try, was the platinum blonde hair trend. Which explains the yellow hair above lmao. Finding a hairdresser that knows Afro hair well in Denmark is a little bit hard, so I went to some hairdressers to hear the prices. Which blew me away! I know coloring hair can be expensive but for my little tuft of hair on top of my head I didn’t expect it to be View Post
Had a nice surprise the other day, received a little package from KIKO. I ordered some must needed everyday make up essentials. One of them being the skin evolution concealer, the best ever for dark skin (of my current knowledge lol). I ran out of the concealer a month ago and I have in the meantime used my highlighting kit from Sleek. Even though I love the kit, it gives a white shade and the Kiko concealer leaves more of a yellow. Which I personally think looks better and more natural. I also purchased a lip liner, not for the Kylie Jenner effect but just for the days where my lips are really dry and dark. It helps to give my lips some life.
I finally after ages purchased a Primer. I have heard so much about primers, good and bad. But it was finally my turn to try it out. I purchased the mat base corrector. Already just using it once I can already see a big different, in a way that it helps my nose stay dry. I apply a little amount on my nose and it really drys/mats my nose. Just what I needed.
Now I will try to get ready to shoot some outfit photos, been a while now and it’s about time I get some new taken. I just hope the weather is going to be with me today.

So excited to try this new foundation out, I purchased from M.A.C. Bought on my way home from London in the airport. There everything is 20% cheaper, so I thought the timing couldn’t be any better. After using this foundation twice, I can already see and feel such a big different from the Sleek foundation. It covers more with less foundation and it doesn’t feel as thick as the Sleek foundation, even though it covers more. And in a weird way, it feels healthy to wear. I don’t get as much that greasy and oiled look. So far, I’m loving everything about this foundation. Can’t wait to try other M.A.C foundation, looked at one Bobbi Brown concealer set that looked really good. Might be my next purchase when I’m at some airport.

Looking in the M.A.C stores in the airports, is the one thing I always make time for in the airport. My one reason why I always make my flight lol. But the prices in the airports are so cheap compared to the stores. So this prep + prime fix came with me home, including a powder that I have been a fan of the last couple of years. But I have heard so many positive things about this prep + prime fix spray. The product is supposed to make the make up blend better, but one thing that I also noticed is that it made my make up last longer. In a way that my nose first started to shine after two hours ( which is a miracle for me) and made my make up look more natural. I can already tell that this product is going to be my best friend, literally.
Besides that, I have been a little it sick since I came home, so I haven’t been able to shoot any outfit photos. But will try to make time for it on Saturday. Tomorrow I’m going to the dentist to get 4 teethes pulled out (my face :O), so I will probably not feel in the mood of taking any outfit photos with a swollen face lol.

M.A.C Prime Fix And Prep Spray
I wanted to share the foundations that I have been using the last 8 months in the summer and winter seasons. I have “two” foundations (the third for my eyebrows) I use.
The round bottle is from M.A.C. This is the thinnest foundation you can purchase from their big range of foundations. But I love using this foundation in the summer time, it gives a nice even coverage without being to much. And it’s the perfect foundation for a hot summer day. It goes in and corrects without giving the full coverage, lets the skin breath and it doesn’t make me feel like I’m wearing anything. If that makes any sense. This would definitely be the foundation I recommend for summer, especially for men.
The next foundation I use, is the sleek foundation revive from a drug store. Compared to the price and the quality of this foundation, the product is great. Gives you a nice coverage, but needs some help with the color. I have tried many of their shades and I have used one that’s a shade lighter than the one above. But they all left a white shade, not blending in completely. So I started using my M.A.C foundation above to mix, which made the white shade disappear and gave a more red undertone. Which my skin is.
I will probably keep on using the M.A.C foundation, probably try some other more full coverage foundation from their range and replace it with my Sleek foundation. Even though it’s good for now. Bobbi Brown, Lancomé are also other make up brands that I look forward to try in the future.
